Alexandros in Kaiserslautern

One of my two favorite Greeks in KL. The metaxa sauce from Alexandros comes closest to my ideal! Insider tip: zucchini balls;)

Nice, cozy neighborhood spot. Friendly and unobtrusive service, and quality food. There are a number of good Greek restaurants in Ktown and maybe some that have fancier food, but none that have the overall package like this one. Recommended.

Exceptionally well prepared meat and very good side dishes are served. However, the waiting time on average visited meal time (all other customers were already supplied with food) 1 1/2 hours, appetizer was forgotten, staff shortage, although friendly but rarely seen. This was not the first time that food had to wait so long.

Chic atmosphere, small but nice. Service was very polite and you can not see them every day. The meat was really flavorful and the rump steak fried to the point. Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant had a variety of authentic Greek food. The lamb was tender falling off of the bone and the pastitio was perfect!
